A standard clean of a 3-bedroom home is $225 one-time, or $185 per visit every other week. Other home sizes and services are priced instantly in Get your price above.
Which areas do you serve?
Castle Rock, Parker and Highlands Ranch. If you're nearby, ask and we'll let you know.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many people share a door code or lockbox. Just tell us what works for you when you book.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Let us know about your pets when you book.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
For recurring visits, we aim to send the same cleaner whenever possible.
What about deep cleans or move-outs?
We're happy to quote them. Tell us about the home and the date you need.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Just let us know as early as you can. Cancellations or lockouts (we can't get in) with less than 24 hours' notice have a $50 fee.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Your cleaner brings their own supplies and equipment.
What if something's missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean the missed areas at no charge. (Separate from damage reports, which have a 48-hour window.)
How do I pay?
We take payment through Square after your clean.
